I have said it for a while now  December, especially around the Christmas holidays is an excellent time to visit Las Vegas.

This city's entire economic plan is designed around having full hotels. So when the  hotel occupancy percentage starts dropping into the high 80's drastic measures are taken to keep the city and  it's money generating machines operating.
