75 things to do this weekend in Las Vegas

There are not many places that you visit that offer endless possibilities, Las Vegas is one of them. Here are a few ideas for you to try out.

 

  1. Eat. Honestly. Vegas has the best restaurants in the world, and no matter what you are craving it is here.
  2. Enjoy a Spa.
  3. Bellagio Fountain, pretty much every half hour the free water show is going off. On the weekends sometimes it’s every 15 minutes
  4. Fremont Street experience, starting every night at about 6pm (sometimes 7) the light show starts. If you haven’t seen it yet make sure you do.
  5. Play in a poker tournament.
  6. Imax, the Imax theatres in Vegas have some of the more unique shows.
  7. Do a Dinner Show; there are a lot of great dinner shows like the “Tournament of Kings” at the Excalibur.
  8. Watch the Volcano at the Mirage, every hour on the hour after sunset.
  9. See Penn and Teller.
  10. Try a few hands of BlackJack.
  11. Shopping, between Caesar’s Palace and Planet Hollywood there is about 1,000,000 sq ft of shopping.
  12. Get married. For the first time or renew your vows.
  13. Have a yard long Margarita.
  14. Walk in the Flamingo garden at the world famous Flamingo Hotel.
  15. Ride the Big Shot at the Stratosphere
  16. Visit Hoover Dam
  17. Do the ultimate Pub crawl. There are over 30 hotels just on the strip, and each hotel has 2-3 bars in them. Add in the restaurants and this could take a whole week!
  18. Take a tour of the Strip at night time.
  19. Helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon
  20. Shop at the Town Square
  21. Try a few throws at the Craps table
  22. Go see the Blue Man Group
  23. Gallery of fine art in Bellagio.
  24. Spend some time on the strip and just soak in the environment.
  25. Roller Coaster at the New York New York.
  26. Gondola Ride at Venetian.
  27. Watch the fountains come to life in the forum shops at Caesar’s Palace.
  28. See “Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition” at the Tropicana
  29. Tony n Tina’s Wedding
  30. See Jubilee
  31. Go for a jog. Yes, seriously. Vegas has some great runs
  32. Madame Toseau’s wax museum at the Venetian
  33. Visit the world’s largest atrium at the Luxor
  34. Play the Slots.
  35. Go to Coyote Ugly’s at New York New York.
  36. Watch dragons and magicians battle in the moat of The Excalibur.
  37. Do a gondola ride at the Venetian.
  38. Go to the Bass Pro Shops at the Silverton.
  39. Shark Reef, Mandalay Bay
  40. Lake of Dreams at Wynn. 140 foot mountain covered with 1500 trees, waterfall and three-acre lake.
  41. Visit Lake Las Vegas
  42. Valley of Fire Buggy Tour
  43. The Jesse James Horse Ride
  44. Visit the Sahara and ride “Speed the Ride”
  45. Eiffel Tower in The Paris, ride an elevator to the top of the tower.
  46. Treasure Island Sirens Show, nightly at 7:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m., and 11:30 p.m.
  47. The Auto Collection at The Imperial Palace.
  48. Star Trek the Experience at Las Vegas Hilton
  49. King Tit’s Tomb at the Luxor
  50. Lion Habitat at MGM Grand.
  51. La Reve at Wynn Las Vegas.
  52. Play your lucky numbers at the Roulette wheel.
  53. Monty Python’s Spamalot.
  54. Go to the hotel pool.
  55. Sleep in. Hell, sleep all day!
  56. Ride the monorail.
  57. Visit the giant golden nugget at, you guessed it, the Golden Nugget.
  58. Try one of the cheesecakes at The Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops.
  59. Shop at the Harley Davidson Shop.
