The Big Kitchen Buffet definitely always delivers on selection; however their choice of selection is a little disappointing for a Las Vegas buffet.
The Good:
Excellent service, fresh orange juice and fresh coffee. The décor is pleasant although it may be a little casual for Las Vegas travelers. Breakfast is good.
The Bad:
Although they have a lot to choose from the selection is still quite poor. Lunch and dinner are not very enjoyable.
As with everything in Las Vegas things are always changing so maybe you have had a different experience at the Big Kitchen Buffet. If so, I encourage you to share it here at MeOnNeon

Sterling Brunch at Bally’s Las Vegas
Bally’s excellent Sterling Brunch is only available on Sundays. It is held in the Bally’s Steakhouse, which provides an excellent setting for this top notch buffet.

Start your Sunday with an exquisite brunch served in the rarified setting of Bally’s Steakhouse; voted Best Brunch by the Review Journal. Champagne, Sturgeon caviar and lobster mingle with freshly prepared sushi, omelets and beef tenderloin at our weekend classic that guarantees a diverse dining experience. Tempting desserts and time-appropriate drinks (mimosas, anyone?) round out the selections. If only all Sunday meals could taste this good.
This is one of the best buffets in Las Vegas. I have thoroughly enjoyed myself everytime I have gone.

Buffets in Las Vegas
When you think of Las Vegas you may think of the neon lights, the showgirls or the vast casinos but, I guarantee when you get to Las Vegas you will start thinking food. If Las Vegas does one thing right it is the buffets.
I have decided to take on a new project, over the next few weeks I want to list and review every buffet I can find in Las Vegas. This is no small feat, my preliminary count of buffets in Las Vegas is netted me well over 50 buffets, and I am sure there is more hiding out there.
I will attempt to keep my reviews in alphabetical order but…..

Review
The Wild West Buffet is definitely not the largest buffet you are going to find in Las Vegas. And since this a Las Vegas Blog we will compare it directly to those other buffets.
Selection is modest at best, I would have liked them to branch out a little bit and at least try to be creative. The Prime Rib however was excellent as is the Seafood night.
Price on the other hand is excellent. But, remember you get what you pay for.
