Donnie and Marie and other Flamingo Entertainment
I have been asked recently if Donnie and Marie Osmond are still playing in Las Vegas. It really is amazing that the duo has found such success in Las Vegas and they have the hit show Dancing with the Stars to thank for it.
They are among a great line up that plays as the Flamingo Las Vegas

The Sahara Las Vegas
Las Vegas hotels come in all shapes and sizes, and they seem to change those shapes and sizes yearly. One of the few constants on the strip is a Vegas hotel located at the north end of the Strip. This hotel is celebrating it’s 55th year of existence which is equivalent to the life span of about 5 hotels in Las Vegas. It is The Sahara.

The Sahara has seen so many highs and lows that it would take 50 posts to cover them all. Some of the notables though are: Being the setting for the original “Ocean’s eleven” film, hosting the Beatles and of course Dean Martin.

Did you do the SuperBowl in Las Vegas?
New Years may have the most visitors but, Super Bowl is still the biggest day of the year in Las Vegas. It is a magical time in Las Vegas, a time when the original grass roots gamblers return to town to challenge the bookmakers.

Las Vegas has grown up so much over the last 50 years we forget sometimes that this is a town that is built by the gambler for the gambler. With all the outstanding shows and entertainment it is easy to spend an entire week here without gambling a single dollar.
I hate to say it but this may be good for you but, it is terrible new for the business owner who has just spent a billion plus dollars on a state of the art casino. So, Super Bowl has become the real Christmas for Sin City.
It attracts the type of person that Vegas caters to. A person who is willing to spend, spend, and spend a little more. Needless to say it is busy around town this week and deals are VERY scarce to come by. But… and this is the great news for you. Super Bowl is over and the true gamblers are tapped out.
What does this mean?
Deals are just around the corner. Las Vegas is entering a slow down time now and there will be some great deals to be had. Travelocity is already advertising some awesome deals. Check them out.

Pardon me, but how much for that car?

Could you imagine what it would feel like to be driving a 1927 Bentley roadster? The wind in your hair the smell of old leather in your nose. Or how about a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud? A Lamborghini? Cars like these are more like a piece of art than an automobile.
So what does this have to do with Las Vegas? No, this post is not about the cars you can see driving around Sin City, and yes you probably can see anyone of these cars on the streets of Las Vegas. I am talking about a more personal experience. One where you can get up close and personal with some or the most treasured automobiles on the planet.
