Please note that due to the custom nature of our neon signs, our refund policy may differ from standard retail policies. We strongly encourage you to read and understand this Policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

This Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business, taking into account the unique aspects of custom-made neon signs. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refund Policy - The Basics 
  1. Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your custom neon sign.

  2. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a refund, the neon sign must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  3. Custom Orders: As our neon signs are custom-made to your specifications, we can only offer refunds in specific circumstances, such as:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Significant discrepancies between the ordered design and the received product

    • Damage during shipping

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Design fees, shipping costs, and installation charges are non-refundable.

  5. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for custom neon signs. If you wish to order a different design, you will need to return the original sign (if eligible for a refund) and place a new order.

  7. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
