1. Custom Orders
All neon signs created by Meon Neon are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.

2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Meon Neon is not liable for any delays in production or delivery.

4. Warranty & Repairs
Meon Neon offers a limited warranty on all products for defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation, or external factors. In the event of a defect, please contact us for repair or replacement options.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs and content provided by Meon Neon, including custom designs created for customers, are the intellectual property of Meon Neon. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Meon Neon.

6. Limitation of Liability
Meon Neon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Meon Neon, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time, and the most current version will always be available on our website.
